Islanders are being reassured, amid concerns about the safety of land above Rozel Harbour.
A Royal Court judgement in a dispute between a beach hut owner and the private landowner of the bank behind has said there is a risk erosion could cause a landslip.
It happened in 2012, causing one hut to collapse into the road, and there is a danger of the same thing happening again.
Ports of Jersey, which is responsible for the harbour and pier, says there are no plans to limit public access.
It will continue to review safety in the area.
